Fetpak can be found on Facebook, Twitter and Google+ (or in Commack, NY).  Yes we are social and popular…ehem.  We have so many Likes, Followers and people in our Circles.  We like having virtual friends; it makes us feel wanted and important.  What would we do if no one was there to see our posts and worse, what would we do if no one Liked, Replied or Re-Tweeted us?  We would feel so alone, the rejection would be devastating.

People live for Fetpak posts and to give us feedback.  Our fans wake up everyday hoping to see a new Fetpak post.  Isn’t it nice to be so popular?

Before anyone thinks we are a bunch of self-centered fools, the two paragraphs above are written tongue-in-cheek.  We are sure you knew that already, but we want to avoid any nasty responses and lawsuits (geez) from the people who took us seriously (Really?).

Anyway, we do like Facebook, Twitter and Google+….well Google+ we half like  🙂   These social sites are just social; we don’t look to make a killing on them (we don’t mean killing as in killing someone…again have to watch those lawsuits 😉 ).  In all seriousness, we do look more towards receiving feedback as what our customers say is informational to us.  If you notice we respond to all feedback, whether on social sites, this Blog or when we receive emails.  Plus we respond promptly.  We try to put ourselves in the customer’s shoes and never delay anything.

Okay, so social sites seem here to stay.  But they will morph to other things and other sites.  They are a good tool to communicate with customers, but we do not think they will change the world of business, despite what many talking heads think.

Oh, this Blog became way too serious.  We promise that will not happen again.  J
